Returns and refunds

Your order can be returned within 30 days of your order, given that your items are in original condition. The cost of return lies with the customer. In case you requested an exchange, we will send you your item in the requested size within three business days of us receiving the returned one. You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Upon a refund, we will transfer the money to the payment method you made the purchase with. If you paid upon delivery, the refund will be done through a bank transfer.

Returning an item:

1. Please start by filling out the return form that was included in your package. This is mandatory, and we cannot handle the package unless you fill it out.
2. Carefully wrap the item in its original packaging.
3. Send the package with a delivery service of your choice.

5. After the package has arrived to our facility, we will handle it based on the return form you filled out in Step 1.
6. In case of an exchange, we will send your item in the requested size within three business days. Please note that only sizes can be exchanged.
7. In the case of a refund, we will transfer the money to the payment method you used at checkout within 14 business days. If you paid upon delivery, refunds will take place through bank transfer.
